Free tool, no warranty
Muppitify Transcript Prep is provided free of charge. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The developer will not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the software.
Redaction is best-effort
The app's redaction detector uses pattern matching and heuristics. It catches most names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and other common identifiers, but it is not infallible. Proper nouns that were not seen before, unusual spellings, contextual identifiers, and novel formats can be missed.
You are responsible for reviewing the cleaned transcript before sharing it anywhere. The app makes the review easier. It does not replace the review.
Coaching and ICF alignment
Muppitify Transcript Prep is designed to support coaches working within ICF ethical guidelines. You remain responsible for ensuring any use of the tool aligns with the confidentiality obligations you have agreed with your clients, professional bodies, and local laws.
This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Intellectual property
You own the transcripts you process with the app. The developer does not gain any rights over your content.
The app itself, including its name "Muppitify Transcript Prep" and the "Muppitify" trademark, is the intellectual property of the developer. Muppitify® is a registered trademark of MUPPIT (REID, ANDREW R).
Updates and changes
The app checks for updates as described in the privacy policy. You can disable auto-updates in Settings at any time.
These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
