How I use it
I have multiple coaches and a mentor coach. I also coach clients and participate in peer coaching. This is how I use the platform day to day, not as a feature list but as the workflow that has become part of my coaching practice.
As a client
After each session where one of my coaches is coaching me, I run AI analysis from the client perspective. It shows me repeating themes and development areas across many sessions, not just the one I just had. This helps me think differently about what I bring to my next session with that coach, or with a different one.
When I can see patterns across all my sessions as a client, I notice things that a single session cannot surface. A theme that keeps appearing across different coaches and different conversations is worth paying attention to.

As a coach
After coaching a client, I review the session against ICF competency markers for my certification path. The AI scores each marker against the transcript with specific evidence, so I can see exactly where I demonstrated a competency and where I fell short.
For some sessions I run the analysis across ACC, PCC, and MCC and compare them side by side in the app. This helps me understand how the same session measures up at different certification levels and where the gaps are between where I am and where I want to be.
This also helps me choose which sessions to bring to my mentor coach. I can see which sessions have the most to learn from before we meet.

With my mentor coach
I share my screen and play the recording with the synced transcript. My mentor can hear the session and follow along as the transcript highlights each segment. We pause at key moments and discuss them. I record notes and ICF competency markers during the conversation using the built-in tools, either as a note for that talk segment or as an ICF marker observation.
This means everything from our mentor session is captured in context, linked to the specific moment in the recording we were discussing.

Cross-session synthesis
I synthesise all the AI analysis of my sessions as a client into a cross-sectional view. This gives me a picture of how I am developing as a person across all my coaching relationships, not just within one.
As a coach, I synthesise into a cross-sectional analysis per certification track. This shows my development toward ACC, PCC, or MCC across all my coaching sessions, not just the ones I happen to review individually.
After peer coaching sessions I can also generate feedback for my coaching peers for their own development. The AI produces a development summary that I can share with them.

The loop
The AI does not replace my coaches or my mentor. It supplements them. The consistency it provides across all my sessions, as coach and as client, gives me insights that feed back into my human coaching relationships. I come to sessions better prepared, I notice patterns sooner, and I can track my growth in a way that a spreadsheet or memory alone never could.
