How it works
- Purchase and receive your licence key within minutes by email
- Download the edition you want
- Install, launch, and enter your licence key to activate
- Import your existing ICF coaching log spreadsheet to start with your session history intact
All core features work immediately after activation. AI analysis, Zoom, and Google Calendar can be configured from Settings. See the setup guides for detailed walkthroughs.
What is an early adopter?
The early adopter price is $99 AUD. This price is available for a limited time while the coaching platform is sold directly through this site. When the platform becomes available on the Mac App Store, the price will increase.
Early adopter status is permanent. It is saved into your licence and never expires. As an early adopter you get:
- Roadmap access. A Roadmap tab inside the app showing all planned features, ranked by community votes
- Two votes. Choose which features get built next, and your votes directly determine what I work on
- Shape the product. When you submit a feature request or bug report, it comes straight to me. I'm the only developer, and I read every one
After the early adopter window closes, new purchasers receive the same software and all the same features, but they do not receive early adopter status. They will not see the Roadmap tab or be able to vote on feature priority.
Whether you buy today or the day before the early adopter window closes, your early adopter benefits are locked into your licence forever. There is no deadline to "use" your votes. Vote whenever you like, change your votes, or save them for a feature you really want.
Your licence works everywhere
Your licence key works with any edition. Install on up to two devices, any combination.
Other editions
Your licence also covers the Server Edition (Docker on Windows or Linux) and Vault Edition (markdown files in your Obsidian vault). For system requirements, see the Downloads page.

The coaching platform works entirely offline after licence activation. Session tracking, ICF hours, recording playback, and data management need no internet connection. AI analysis enhances the platform with cross-session insights when connected to a provider. You choose your provider: local (Ollama, LM Studio, llama-server) or cloud (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Perplexity, Mistral, Groq, Google Gemini). The platform does not include or charge for AI services.
