The Muppitify Coaching Platform
I tracked my coaching hours in the ICF spreadsheet. Eight columns. It was fine until I added peer coaching, reciprocal sessions, and multiple partners across programmes. Then it was more columns, more notes, and too much time remembering who was paired with who instead of actually coaching.
My recordings were scattered across Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. When I needed a specific session for my mentor coach, I was searching through folders trying to remember where I saved it, and then opening files one by one.
So I built something. It started as a spreadsheet replacement and became the Muppitify Coaching Platform. By late 2025 I was running it in production and the spreadsheet was gone.
Sessions, recordings, and transcripts from any platform end up in one place, linked to the people I coach with. I search for a session, play it back with the transcript synced alongside, and my mentor can follow along as we pause at key moments. Hours tracked toward ACC, PCC, or MCC, switch between them at any time, with the 18-month freshness window flagged and a clear picture of when I am ready to submit. Education, certificates, mentor coaching hours, performance evaluations, and exam results all tracked in one place.
That foundation is useful, but the AI layer is what changed how I develop. I have three coaches and a mentor coach. The AI reviews each session against ICF competency markers at ACC, PCC, and MCC levels, then synthesises across sessions to surface repeating themes, blind spots, and progress over time. As a client, I can see patterns across all my coaching relationships that no single session reveals. A theme appearing across different coaches is worth paying attention to. As a coach, I can see which sessions have the most to learn from before my mentor and I meet. It does not replace my coaches or my mentor. It gives me a consistency across all my sessions that no single person can provide.
